Roosevelt Hotel & Suites Lima, Lima

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were modern and kept very clean, they were small and a bit dirty. On the bright side, my accommodation actually had 2 bedrooms and could sleep 4, equipped with a nice kitchenette.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern and kept very clean, although the hot water tank was not big enough to fill the tub with warm water at the end of our stay. The atmosphere was very quiet, perfect for business travelers. The service was professional and the staff always seemed to be one step ahead with a smile. The location was ideal, close to the touristy area of Miraflores yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood. My dining experience was lovely at the upscale restaurant on the first floor, offering freshly squeezed juices and fruits, but the breakfast could be improved with more variety. The facilities were well-kept and added to the overall experience.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern and kept very clean, though only the bedroom had AC, making the living room and bathroom a bit warm at times. The hotel seemed to be closed for renovations during my stay. The availability of 110v outlets and adapters at the desk was convenient for our American plug-ins.

The service was outstanding, with professional and English-speaking staff like Carlos and Jorge always being one step ahead. The location was excellent, close to top restaurants and safe for walking. The dining experience in the morning was impeccable at the upscale restaurant on the first floor. Overall, a great value for the money.
